Ausha consults patients privately at Boulcott hospital, Lower Hutt. His clinical interests include:

Ausha's practice excludes colposcopy.

Ausha is an experienced gynaecologist with his main clinical interest in keyhole (laparoscopic and hysteroscopic) surgery. Ausha completed a Fellowship in advanced laparoscopy, awarded to him by the British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy at the Women's and Children's Hospital in Adelaide in 2014. During his final years of training in the UK, he received advanced training in benign abdominal surgery: open and laparoscopic.

During his service in the National Health Service, UK, Ausha was the Clinical Lead for Laparoscopic surgery at NHS Highland

Ausha is also an experienced surgeon in Outpatient Hysteroscopy. He was the lead for Outpatient Hysteroscopy at NHS Highland.

At present Ausha is the Clinical Lead for Gynaecology at Hutt Valley District Health Board.
